With regard to accommodation, please note the deadline to book is 10th September 2010, and any cancellations have to be submitted before this date. Should you cancel after 10th September 2010 you will be liable for the full fee.
Please note when you register, you can either pay the full amount immediately, or, you can put down a 10% deposit and pay the remainder in installments, up to 29th October 2010.
